A new cook book created by Royal Devon staff to raise money for a new ICU garden at the RD&E is being officially launched at the hospital next week.
The book, entitled Intensive Food: Recipes that Bloom, is a collection of treasured recipes from around the world contributed by ICU staff, their families, and friends.
The launch will take place in the TLC Restaurant on Thursday 4th December from 10.30am, with copies of the book available to buy for £12.50, as well as free cake and samples of some of the recipes to try.
