We are delighted to welcome Lucy Ashton as Royal Devon Hospitals Charity’s new Head of Charity.
Lucy joins us this month after 18 years at RNLI, where she was most recently Regional Engagement Lead, coordinating community fundraising and engagement across the South West, alongside capital appeals, corporate partnerships, and supporting trusts and grants, legacy and major donor activity.
Lucy, who lives near Exeter with her husband and two young children, said she had worked in the charity sector for her whole career and was excited by the opportunity to use her experience to help enhance hospital care over and above what’s possible with NHS funding.
