Celebrate National Superhero Day 2025 on Monday 28th April by doing something SUPER in aid of our Super Theatre Appeal.
Whether it’s dressing up as your favourite superhero, holding a super cake sale, going on a super long run or walk, we’d love you to get creative and get involved …capes are optional!
Why not rally school mates, work mates or your family – it’s all about coming together and having fun in support of our local NHS.
And let’s face it, all fundraising is SUPER! …so, no matter what you can do in support of this special appeal, you’ll be a hero in our eyes!

Superhero fundraising for a Super Theatre
The money you raise will help us buy the specialist equipment needed for a new state-of-the-art operating theatre being built at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital. This theatre will enable surgeons to perform complex procedures and diagnostic imaging at the same time, reducing the need for open surgery, multiple operations and travel out of area.
The Trust will be able to treat around 1,200 extra patients a year in Devon, reducing waiting times for everyone, including cancer patients.
